Green Sea Moss Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoon Yemoja's sea moss gel
  2. 1 cup of spinach
  3. 2 cups of frozen Mango
  4. 2 cups
  5. 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar (optional, for sweetness)
  6. Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Sea Moss Gel: If you haven't already prepared sea moss gel, rinse dried sea moss thoroughly to remove any debris. Soak it in water for at least 4 hours or overnight. Rinse it again and blend it with fresh water until it becomes a smooth gel-like consistency. Store any extra sea moss gel in the refrigerator for future use.

  2. Blend the Liquid Base: Add the almond milk to your blender as the liquid base.

  3. Add the Greens: Toss in the ripe banana and fresh spinach leaves. Spinach provides a vibrant green color and a wealth of nutrients.

  4. Incorporate Sea Moss: Spoon in 1 tablespoon of your prepared sea moss gel. This will not only contribute to the nutritional profile but also add a unique texture to your smoothie.

  5. Enhance with Seeds: Include the chia seeds and ground flaxseed for added fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, and a thicker consistency.

  6. Boost with Spirulina (Optional): If you'd like an even greener color and additional nutrients, add a teaspoon of spirulina powder.

  7. Sweeten to Taste (Optional): If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or agave nectar. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.

  8. Blend Smooth: Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. You can add ice cubes if you want your smoothie to be colder.

  9. Serve and Enjoy: Pour your Green Sea Moss Spinach Smoothie into a glass and enjoy the goodness!

Feel free to adjust the ingredient quantities to suit your taste and desired thickness. This smoothie is packed with nutrients and is perfect for a nutritious and energizing start to your day.
